RM3 · AI Implementation

STRATEGY. SYSTEMS. SCALE.

I put Claude and agentic AI to work inside real businesses — CRM, accounting, payroll, e-commerce, ops. When the integration is broken or the plan isn't working, I'm the call. Fractional CTO, troubleshooter, strategist — an operator, not a theorist.

01

AI Implementation

Claude, agents & skills wired into your stack.

02

Troubleshooting

Broken integrations. Stalled projects. Fixed.

03

Strategy

Find the bottleneck. Build the leverage.

04

Fractional CTO

Senior technical leadership, on demand.

What I Do

Implementer. Troubleshooter. Strategist.

Every engagement starts with the same question: "What's the bottleneck — and what's the leverage?" Then I build the thing.

Troubleshooting & Rescue

The automation that fires twice. The CRM nobody trusts. The DNS nobody will touch. I find root cause, fix it, and document it so it stays fixed.

Strategy

Cut through noise. Define the destination, the one constraint holding you there, and the next 90 days of execution.

Systems & Integrations

GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Shopify, ClickUp, Klaviyo, Postgres, Vercel, Cloudflare — connected by API, not by copy-paste. Runnable without you.

Autonomous Operations

Scheduled agents that run the night shift: payroll audits, expense sweeps, invoice reconciliation, SEO scorecards, vendor pipelines. Reports in the morning.

Fractional CTO

A senior technical seat at the table without the salary. Architecture, vendor decisions, build-vs-buy — and hands on the keyboard when it counts.

Growth & Visibility

Local SEO, Search Console, and AI-answer-engine tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity — measured against a real baseline, not vibes.

Advisory

A monthly fractional seat. Strategy review, accountability, and an outside perspective from someone who runs payroll too.

The Toolkit

Not a pitch. An inventory.

What a year of running my own companies with Claude as a teammate actually produced — and what I install for clients.

  • 70+production skills
  • 700+logged working sessions
  • 15+systems integrated by API
  • Nightlyautonomous jobs in production

Agent Architecture

Named agents with their own credentials and scope. Skill libraries, project instruction systems, persistent memory, and a headless dispatch console: task → agent → pull request → one-tap ship.

Integrations

GoHighLevel · ClickUp · QuickBooks Online · Shopify · Klaviyo · Neon Postgres · Vercel · Cloudflare · Zuper FSM · Outlook & Gmail · Google Search Console & GA4 · Microsoft Clarity · Shift4 / SkyTab POS · Canva · Fireflies.

Autonomous Back Office

Payroll runs with a statistical anomaly gate before finalize. Receipt and expense reconciliation posted to QuickBooks. Sales-tax prep. Invoice and vendor sweeps. Inventory reorder scans. All read-back verified.

Visibility & Measurement

Weekly SEO scorecards, live SERP sampling, and AI-answer-engine share-of-voice across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Google Business Profile management for multi-entity brands.

Client Delivery

Private plugin marketplaces so a client installs your agent in one click. Async questionnaires that replace the third discovery call. Brand kits, and behavioral specs that port the working style to non-Claude models.

Web & Forms

Git-managed sites on Vercel that update in under a minute. Framework-grade forms with spam protection and idempotent CRM delivery — the contact form below is one of them.

About RM³

Built by an operator.

RM³ is the consultancy of Robert Mitterando III — Marine Corps veteran, founder, and full-time operator.

Before consulting, Robert served as a U.S. Marine — where he learned that systems either save lives or cost them, and process is everything.

Today he runs and advises a portfolio of operating companies in Middle Tennessee — including North Arrow Coffee Company (specialty roaster, café, e-commerce) and Coco Cadeaux (boutique events & hospitality) — and runs them with Claude as a working teammate: payroll, accounting, marketing, vendor ops, and the overnight jobs nobody wants.

He now installs the same for founders who have more opportunity than hours — and gets called when someone else's implementation didn't work.

The Approach

Three steps. No theater.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

An audit of your operations, financials, sales motion, and tech stack — sized to your business, including what AI can actually take off your plate today. We surface the bottleneck: the one constraint that, if removed, unlocks the next stage.

  2. 02

    Design

A written plan: priorities, owners, deadlines, metrics. Plus the systems map — what to build, what to automate, what to hand to an agent, and what to leave alone.

  3. 03

    Deploy

I stay in the chair through implementation — regular syncs, hands-on builds, read-back verification on every change. Scope and duration follow what the work actually requires, not a package.

The Unfair Advantage

An AI teammate that does real work.

Most consultants leave you a PDF. RM³ leaves you a colleague.

Systems engagements include a named AI teammate installed inside the tools you already run — project boards, CRM, inbox, calendar, accounting. It files tasks, comments with context, logs every working session, and leaves an audit trail your whole team can read.

It drafts, reconciles, quotes, schedules, and chases the follow-ups nobody has time for. You stay the decision-maker. It does the paperwork — including while you sleep.

  • A named agent in your project board & CRM
  • Every action logged & read-back verified
  • You own it all — code, logins, and URL
  • Works the night shift

The Proof

Operating companies, not slide decks.

A sample of businesses I currently run, advise, or have built systems for.

Co-Founder · Operator

North Arrow Coffee Co.

Specialty coffee roaster, brick-and-mortar café in Franklin, TN, and DTC e-commerce. Built the entire operations stack — payroll, scheduling, sales reconciliation, inventory, and a custom AdminOS that posts to QuickBooks on its own.

Strategic Advisor

Coco Cadeaux

Boutique hospitality & event design brand. Architected booking workflows, CRM automations, and the digital infrastructure powering high-touch client experiences.

Fractional CTO

Blue Collar Infrastructure

Roofing and infrastructure contractor. Field-service management rollout, CRM and pipeline architecture, project-board reconciliation, and the operating systems behind quoting, scheduling, and crews.

Cross-Industry Operating Experience

Same playbook. Different uniforms.

A snapshot of where the operating instincts come from.

  • 01

    Military Logistics

U.S. Marine Corps. Moving people, equipment, and decisions under real constraints, where process is not optional.

  • 02

    Security Operations

Security and protective operations — planning, risk, and execution when the margin for error is zero.

  • 03

    Construction

Trades and infrastructure contractors: field crews, quoting, scheduling, and the systems that keep jobs moving.

  • 04

    Manufacturing

Production operations, throughput, and unit economics — where waste shows up on the P&L fast.

  • 05

    Hospitality

Café, catering, and events — owned and operated, payroll and all.

  • 06

    Founder

Co-founder and operator of North Arrow Coffee Company and other ventures. Signs the front of the checks.

  • 07

    Board Member

Board service — governance, oversight, and asking the uncomfortable question early.

  • 08

    Advisor

Strategic advisor to founder-led companies and nonprofits on systems, growth, and AI.

Let's Build

If your business is the bottleneck, let's fix that.

Tell me what's stuck. I read every submission personally and reply within one business day — then we talk constraints, leverage, and whether RM³ is the right fit. No pitch deck, no funnel.
